We’re proud to continue the legacy of Sarpy Chiropractic Millard under a new name, OpenDoor Chiropractic, with the same commitment to caring for you and your family.

You’ll find us at 4909 South 135th Street, Suite 104, just off Millard Avenue in the Lumberyard District. We’re in the same strip mall as Local Beer Patio and Grill, Wingstop, and Dunkin’, with Sam’s Club nearby. The building faces Millard Avenue, and free patient parking is available in the large lot on the southeast side.

We’re open six days a week, on weekdays until 6:00 p.m., with same-day appointments and walk-ins welcome whenever possible.
